We Are Deer Processing Experts.

If you are looking for a place near Southern Illinois that offers custom Deer Processing, look no further. Shirley Farms Meat Processing will cut and process your venison to your specifications every deer season from October through January.

Our Hours of Operation are 8am - 8pm (At the end of Daylight Savings, we will close at 7pm)

About Us

We have been family owned and operated for more than 25 years. We also process other meats and offer Summer Sausage, Polish Sausage, Italian Sausage, Bacon, Brats, Slims and Bologna, and we also offer Skull and Trophy Capping.

At Shirley Farms Meat Processing, hunters can choose to donate their venison to a local food pantry. You simply bring your properly field dressed deer to us and we will process it into one to two pound venison hamburger packages for you.
